Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you are ready, proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on our site to view your order history and status.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. For international orders, a flat rate fee of $19.00 applies. Please see our full Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:

  • USA: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-8 business days after shipping.

  • International: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 6-18 business days after shipping. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs a flat rate of $19.00. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please contact our customer service team at contact@fimanova.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and receive instructions. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order online and returning the original item for a refund following our standard return process.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Products & Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We provide a detailed size chart for each product. Please refer to these measurements and compare them to a garment you already own that fits you well for the most accurate sizing.

Q: Are the colors on the website accurate?

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
